Moving a subscriber from one list to another list in mailchimp using asp.net...?

hi,
I have two list in my mailchimp account.
1.Englih
2.Italy
the emails are added to this list based on language in my asp.net application.
suppose the language changed in asp.net application email also move to respective list in mailchimp account .please give a solution ...
