is it possible to create dummy url when modal dialog box open by javascript

I can give you the logic.

When the link is clicked, you open a Modal (here they have used Bootstrap) and append a "/post-requirement" to the existing URL in the URL Box.
You also need to check this URL while Page load and load the Modal if you find that. You can test that. Just copy that URL and open a new tab with that. You will see that it would open the Modal directly. So, you need to check that on Page Load and show Modal if you find that URL.
