How can find the real names of files in recyclebin in Windows 7

Hi,
I am trying to list all the files present in recycle bin and verify their presence programmatically in C,C++. I am using command prompt to navigate the directory.

But I see all the files renamed in an un-identifiable way.

Kindly look into this screen shot and help me in finding real names for the corresponding files
