How do I isolate manager name & supervisor name in SSRS

I am new to SSRS Cube reports pls any help appreciated.

I need to Isolate the manager Name & Supervisor Name which are in the same field with Employee ID & Employee Parent Key in a two different columns in SSRS analysis reports.
