After Installing Visual Studio Sp1 my porjects are not loading propely

After installing Service Pack 1 in visual studio my projects are not loading in a solution.
Uninstalling proved to be unsuccessful and msdn forums are not helping a lot.
Anyone has remedy for this.

When you say "not loading" what is the error reported?

It's not throwing any error but just not loading 69 projects in solution.. I am not able to view them in my solution explorer

Might be worth starting new solutions and loading the projects in manually. Seems like a lot of people have had issues installing SP1 but not so much after a successful install
