Free Rich Controls in MVC4/MVC5?

Hi, I searched on google and found that many good rich controls are either paid or have commercial license. I was wondering how could I use free Rich controls in my asp.net mvc web applications. Rich controls such as group checkboxes, group radio buttons, gridview etc..

Right now, kendo ui controls are available free.
