steps in developing MVC ASP.Net app database first and entity framework

I am developing a mvc asp.net app i am new to mvc asp.net i want to ask what steps should i follow to develop my app i have database created in sql server 2008, i have to use entity framework. The tutorials which i get over the net are using scaffolding method and i followed nerddinner but it is using linq2sql but i need entity framework what are the steps which i should follow to develop my app?
