Just one note: the companies trying to do exactly what a customer says rarely survive. I suspect that some businessmen intentionally advise others on this purely mythical "client is always right" to eliminate competitors... :-)

Instead, you should try to be ahead of the client and always propose something better.
(And, if you are not the one who makes decision, no need to tell us about it. Instead, let those who do ask us questions.)
