How to Zoom in and Zoom out a Panel?

VS2010

I have a Panel which have

5 labels in it
1 Button
Two lines one is Vertical and other is Horizontal drawn at run time
An Ellipse drawn at run time

Now I want to zoom this Panel and every control in it

How can I solve this problem
