I do I program project adapter audio and video and pictures on Visual Basic 2012 And I want to help a Del libraries to convert some of the codes

And I've never even heard of "Allwegoal Basic" so you probably need to work out what that is as well!

Despite your edit, the question still does not make any sense. And this is still not a job advertisement board. You would need to hire someone to do this work for you and this is not site to hire someone.
