how to redirect to another page by using ip

Hi,

I had the home.aspx page in that page if i click on about us section it is opening because about us is not a separate page it a div opening by id like href="#aboutus".

Now am in another page when i click on aboutus which is in a footer i want to redirect to home.aspx page with opening aboutus for redriection but not opening the aboutus section is is opening the home section i tried(href="/KB/answers/home.aspx"#aboutus" but not worked.
