how to make an image fly to cart on button click in shopping cart using jquery

I my shopping cart project I have a datalist with a collection of products,an 'add to cart'
button for each item, and a cart image. On click of this 'add to cart' button of any item,
I want the image of that item to fly to the cart.

I could find some code for this through google search but they dont deal with a datalist.

Can any one guide me?
