You did not ask anything certain. If you did not implement some feature, it won't exist. How to implement it? By doing some software development. "Cannot figure out" is not informative. The code is not "figured out", it is written according to your goal. If you don't know how to write code and ask no question about any particular difficulties you experience, we cannot help.

From the information you've provided , just create a function to save all the entered details , and then call that function when user clicks that button.
