How to port COM exe server from win32 to win64 bit machine.

I have my COM Exe Server running on 32 bit machine, i want to port it on win64 bit machine,
then how to do it???

What did you try?
Is the executable targeted to x86 or AnyCPU?

this is not an issue. it works fine on 64 bit machine also. but I want 64 bit executable.
