The following web methods represent the core functions of Label Server and are required.
The URL for testing these web methods is https://www.envmgr.com/LabelService/EwsLabelService.asmx.
The Endicia Label Server Web Service web methods can be invoked using one of two protocols, HTTP
POST or SOAP (over HTTP).
GetPostageLabel or
GetPostageLabelXML
Request a shipping label.
BuyPostage or
BuyPostageXML
Add postage to an account.
ChangePassPhrase or
ChangePassPhraseXML
Change Pass Phrase for an account.

I am not getting how to use them.
