Build int Error Message and Debugger doesn't hit

I am getting build in error message in DotNet whenever I run project.
but no error list is there .
so when i run project project with build in errors and enter the data in the form and run it thus
it accept it and display no build in error but no data is saved in SQL
it seems as the new source code has not been accepted by project
becuz when i debug the project it displays a message that original version is different from source code .
please someone help
