How to bind a combbox ( ID, fldCategory, Points) in datagrid and then further update it in SQL Server by ID field .

I m new to the WPF C# but I've tried lot to take take data from combo box but does not appear to come with solutions.

I need a combobox which displays CategroyName and Point but it should save ID field of the same table in SQL server 2008 database. I am using VS 2010. Pls. help me with complete code.
