how use keep session in many site when login user

I have three sites .for exmaples www.host1.com, www.host3.com, www.host2.com To enter the site you must login(enter username and passsword) When I need to login to a site. Other sites with no login prompt tone will be entered. (Your username and password is the same on all site for each user) please help with this problem how use session[] all site

When you are switching from site1 to site2, activate the session in site2. This must be repeated whenever there's a transition.

Use Cookies. Sessions will not help. If you want to share a session see the following example will help you.
