It's not real clear what you think "real time" is, what real time has to do with anything, what you have tried or what the actual problem is. Do you think that everyone else publishes applications in fake time?

There is nothing like "real time" on the Web. The question simply makes no sense.
If you explain your real goals and problems, we will gladly help you. But first, address to your Web hosting provider, if you have one. If not, add the explanation on your hosting settings.

I assume, you just used the real time word and you need to just publish your MVC web app on your IIS server. The requirment is that so then plz follow this link

http://www.w3schools.com/aspnet/mvc_publish.asp[^]

pls mark as answered if you got a help from there.

If you have IIS in your system, then simply create a folder on your dekstop(C:/> drive), then right click on your mvc web project, click on publish. check for the configuration. If you donot have web.release.config(for release versioin) then choose Debug mode and the folder where you want your assemblies to be stored, then finally click publish.
What this will do is inside the folder, it will add the dlls of your web project into the bin folder. Then you go to IIS->click on sites->right click on default website and add application. Then you follow as it says giving your application an alias through IIS and the browse.
Thank you
:)
