I want to make an Android Application On Eclipse IDE using Phonegap but dont the how to make it and find out online tutorials as well but they are not usefull if anyone can help me with this.

The question is too general. It sounds like you ask someone to write one more tutorial more useful that those you tried to read. But if you found them "not useful", how can we hope that you can understand our answers? Believe me, nobody would like to waste time on it.
