How to check Oracle DB Log

Yesterday I got complaint from client that Oracle DB is down. Then he restarted db.
Now its working fine.

How can I check what exactly happen ?

Why db was down ?

How I can solve this issue.

If you have any idea about it please help me .

I will be grateful for you.

Hi CPallini,

I got log file. It is really very challenging and interesting task to analyze log file. I got error. We are working on that issue.
