error while sending test email in dnn 7

below are the configuration settings:

SMTP Server and port: relay-hosting.secureserver.net
Connection Limit: 1
Max Idle Time: 0
SMTP Authentication:Anonymous
SMTP Enable SSL:false

i get the below error
