You are missing the parameter for @userid
add it like this

you haven't mentioned it before :-) then you can pass parameters like this from .cs
SqlDataSource1.SelectParameters.Add("userid", DbType.String, UserID);

Solution 2

Type is missing from your Delete Parameter tag
