IIS Website accessible in localhost but cannot be accessed from another PC in the network...

Hi,

Good day everyone.

I would like to ask for your inputs. I have a server with IIS setup. One website setup under the Default sites in IIS is accessible when using localhost.

http://localhost/mywebsite/gen/login.aspx

but when I try to access it from other computers, which is also inside the network, it says
"Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage". Do you remember any fix regarding this ?

This website was previously working. And suddenly, it happened.

I can ping the server from another computer. Also, there is no firewall in effect.

Solution 1

I fixed this one already. I have disabled an Antivirus adapter from the LAN properties (listed together with the IPv4,IPv6 etc...)

It has been blocking the connection.
