How do I make my VS application for web mobile friendly?

Hi,

I have an application in Visual Studio Express for web, and I want to make it mobile friendly.

Creating a mobile master page for redirection according to the device is simply too much work, and I'm looking for alternate ways to to make the application appear friendly on mobile devices, such as not being too large etc.

Does anyone know of a way to do that?
