How can I make buttons in android app resize according to mobile resolution?

This is something that I haven't had the chance to research on, but I was wondering is there anyway to make the buttons resize in the same position according to the resolution?

Not really, the Android system does most of the work for you. You just need to study the guide articles starting at the above link.

Sorry no idea on your other question, I have not used that feature. But there are lots of new Android articles over here, some of which (or their authors) may help.
