Crystal report without CLI CLient

Hi,
I need to ask that, is it possible that crystal report will work on server without SQL CLI CLIENT. Actually, In my project, I used Crystal Report 13 and it works fine when I am running that application locally or connect the database remotely. At the time when I am hosting the application and run that part to view the crystal report, it gives "database logon error". I checked the code several times but it did not worked. and when I go for hosting support they said that they did not provide sql cli client support on shared server. Si is there any other way, that I can run it without using sql cli client on shared server rather to go for dedicated server.
Please Help Me!!!!

Well you need to go back your hosting provider and ask them. And the crystal support customer service people.
