whay the locallhost of wamp server is white ?

I Use Wamp server , at the firs it dos not start (green icon)
I change the port ip and the icon be green
but wen go to locallhost or 127.0.0.1 dont sho any thing ! its white page !!!
whay ???

You should use the port you set while changing configuration...like http://localhost:my-new-port-number...
