How to get the 4th to the last value in a file?

Hi,

I would like to ask how to get the 4th to the last value in a file. I don't have problem on extracting a value from the beginning of the file using this sed (e.g. sed -n 'p' filename) only have a trouble when parsing value using the last part of the file.

What's a "value"? A sequence of strings? A number? At moment of reading, I have no idea what response you're expecting.
