My application is not detecting the visual c compiler

I have installed Microsoft Visual C++ 2012. But still the application (fmisdk from qtronic) is not detecting the compiler and giving the error No Microsoft Visual C compiler found.

Then you should probably go ask qtronic about it. We would have no idea what their application is doing.
