Gird view's column background color not showing in exported Excel file

Hello everyone,
can any one help me to solve the issue i am giving Background color to label dynamically in a gridview .but it is not showing in excel sheet when i am exporting it to excel.

Thanks for reply but in this link there we can set color of each column's background. But my need is , I want to export the same background color which my gridview column have.....
