How to create flash advertisement for the USB-Sticks and make it autorun

I want to create an flash application for advertising my company logos with the help of a flash which will be stored in the USB-Sticks and as soon as the USB get detected that flash file should appear and we can close it by pressing ESC or there should be an EXIT button.

Why do you think people should help you in such an unfriendly action as advertizing in autorun (which, by the way, will be disabled by the reasonable users concerned with safety)?
