Unit Test Documentation Generation

Is is possible to generate documentation for the conducted unit tests in visual studio ? if not, is there any software or testing framework that can do this. (generate documentation of actual result, expected result, test component, etc).

(I know I can read the unit classes and automatically extract what I want and merge them with the result but seriously I don't wanna write a software for this myself)
