How to Popup Input Panel on textbox focus?

I have created windows application for windows mobile CE device (SmartDevice project ).
My requirement is that, when i focus cursor on textbox, it should populate Input panel.

I have dragged input panel in my form, but i don't know what to do next.

Please someone help me.
