how to enter and do work easily on a overloaded website.....?

hi,,, i am sharwar. i need to work on indianvisaonline.gov.in,, on a specific time to fill up some form,,, but when i try to do it,,,, other user also try the same thing on this website,, as a result it shows error or busy,, is there any way to enter easily and fill form on a busy website...

please help me i am in great problem

There is nothing you can do if the site / server is busy except change the time you connect. You could make it easier to yourself by programming the form for data entry and then sending all at once to the site.
