When i run my project that time i got exception like
file or assembly name crystaldecisions crystalreports engine was not found
for Crystal report
I install crystal report on my machine that time it's run but when try to run on another machine its throws exception

Well that would be because CR is not installed on the other computer.

it is necessary if all dll's available in bin folder

No, you may need to copy the aspnet_client folder into your application folder
