Why you want that? use AutoScroll=True

Presumably you mean based on http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/system.windows.forms.scrollbar(v=vs.110).aspx[^].

go to from properties in that autoscroll property set to true you will get scroll for your form

AutoScroll=true;
am i correct? is this correct solution for your problem?
