chosen jquery control flashes after postback

i am using chosen jquery plugin for dropdown in asp.net.
at the time of page refresh dropdown blinks(flashes) and after that css gets applied over it. please give me the suggestion so that dropdown won't blink after page refresh

place your dropdown control within update panel with update mode conditional.
