I have a situation where i need to take the value from same cell in two different rows

Table Structure

ID|T_ID|Value
--|----|------
1 | 7  | 15
--|----|------
2 |7   | 19
--|----|----
3 |12  | 24

Output

T_ID|Value1|value2
----|------|-------
 7  | 15   | 19
----|------|-------
