how to interact Peoplesoft Database with Oracle Apex tool

Hi Friends,

I need your help.

I had created a application in Oracle Apex eventough it has its own Oracle Database, the client requirement is application should fetch the Data from Peoplesoft Database.

Please guide me, how to achieve it.
