I Have Created a project on MVC5 and i have created models as separate project how to create view by taking reference of that dll

What you mean by "external model"? Please, be more specific and provide more details.

i have taken models, mappings and data as separate project class library .can i use that dll in mvc project .can i create a view .

Why do you need dll?? dear if the models are there in different project then add the project reference to the project where it is needed.
