Is possible to set constant height to DetailReport in XtraReport Devexpress?

Am designing XtraReport template in that, I have Template Header, Detail, DetailReport, Footer, Page footer. By default DetailReport is increase or decrease height according to data's(Number of rows) that comes form dataset but I need to set constant height. How to set default/constant height to DetailReport ?
