Getting 3201 error while configuring Logshipping insql server 2005

Hi,

I am getting 3201 error and not able to find solution in google also exactly, please tel me.

In log shipping backup job is working when it's come for restore it's getting failed. i have tried a lot but couldn't solve this, please suggest me regarding this issue.

Backup is happening to shared path in primary server database but job not creating in primary server.
