Issue with desktop application SSRS report viewer.

I am using SSRS reports in desktop application.

My problem :
Desktop application is showing in different-different font, page size, character spacing etc.. in various system.
Directly print from viewer its not proper.
but When i export report in excel, word, pdf etc... its working perfectly.

Even I test one thing.
When i create new user then it working fine. no issue.

Is there any solution or setting for report viewer in Desktop application?
Please Help me.

We have the same issue after upgrading the SQL Server 2005 reports to SQL 2008 R2.
The machine runs Win 2003 R2 Std. 64 bit, and the issue solved after istall the http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=eb95e8d9-6ef5-4526-99d2-507e50de049b&displaylang=en#AdditionalInfo (KB958869) hot fix.
