How to pick value of RadDatePicker from RadGrid with the help of JavaScript for validation

Hello friend

I am using one RadGrid view(telerik) in which i added one RadDatePicker in grid.
So i want to validated this RadDatePicker value with the help of javascript(Client side)
But i am unable to pick this RadDatePicker value.
So please give me the idea, how to solve this one.

Also, go through their demos online. You will get the client side validation there.
