how to extract video frames features?

i take a video. extracts its all frames in a folder . now i want to extract features of each frame in that folder. like histogram, color of ratio, background , foreground etc of each frame ... help me regarding this please.

You are almost certainly going to want to use an imaging library; here are two for .NET that are open-source: [^], [^].
