Getting values TabContainer having different Forms in iframes as Tabs

I have a Tab Container there are 6 tabs Each tab have a iframe and a form is added to iframe. The TabContainer itself is in another Form if i click on submit all details entered on the 6 forms should be inserted DataBase. I dont know how to take values from the Forms.I am stuck.

An 'iFrame is something used in an HTML web-page: please tag your question so we know if it's about web-programming or whatever else it is. ASP.NET ? Windows Forms ? WPF ?

I dont have any idea for retreiving values.
I tried calling each Forms by creating a obj and finding control

Do you mind using a jQuery tab with saving data when next tab is clicked. I have a solution for that.
