I apologise... They need that column to be loaded in the destination.

Use the cell format option. However, storing passwords in an Excel sheet is not very secure.

1 solution

In the Excel Source of the DataFlow, use the "SQL command" option to specify a query, such as:

SELECT ... , '******' AS [Password] , ... FROM ...
