I can't access a website that others can.

Something very strange has happened
I can't access this website, but others can: www.utm.ac.mu

It's showing me this error:

Network Error (tcp_error)

A communication error occurred: ""
The Web Server may be down, too busy, or experiencing other problems preventing it from responding to requests. You may wish to try again at a later time.

For assistance, contact your network support team.

Can anyone tell me the reason?

No, i just asked a friend to access the website and he could access it perfectly!

The site appears to be down from here, and from most of the internet:

http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/www.utm.ac.mu[^]

It's not just you! http://www.utm.ac.mu looks down from here.

Compare the DNS settings on your computer with those on a computer which can access the site. It's possible that you're talking to different servers.

From my computer, the domain resolves to 202.123.21.123.
