How to Stream a LIVE Wav File in ASP.net through JavaScript

I have a wav file that is currently being recorded. And I want to stream it live in my ASP Application using JavaScript. Is there any way to do this?

I have an x-vlc-plugin embedded on my page. So after the Wav file is finished recording it can be played. But if I try to play a .wav currently being recording it picks up a chunk from the beginning to that time and plays it up to when i selected to play only. But I want the portion thats currently being recorded is played live.
